43%民眾 看跌明年房價 Dec 26th 2011, 23:00 【林帝佑╱台北報導】民眾看跌明年房價！最新調查顯示，逾7成民眾對明年第1季景氣不樂觀，43.6%民眾認為房價會下跌，是自2009年有該調查以來，民眾對來年第1季房市最悲觀的時候。台灣經濟研究院認為，萬一歐債危機爆發，台灣倚賴外貿深，房價修正4到5年將難避免，但修正到低點，進場力道將會最大。 詳全文：43%民眾 看跌明年房價
